This one-day workshop is an introduction to how we perceive energy from nature and in ourselves, how we connect with trees and how we can strenghten our grounding, anchoring and stability.
Although only one-day long, it opens us to the healing powers of nature and to our ability to get their support for ourselves in our daily life.
